I did some research and found some people who had the same problem, but no real solution. You could not even start in safe mode, a new installation using WinXP or Win2k-CD stopped with an NTFS-error as well. The computer would not start and presented a blue screen with an error 0x024 in ntfs.sys. Recently, a friend of mine had a problem with Windows XP.
